Can Service Desk request link to another request


I would like to know if there is a way a Service Desk Customer can link one of his requests to another request?

If your JIRA isn't public they can't and mustn't.
If they could the could see all of your issues.

When the customer has LogIn Access and Project Browse Permission theoretically could link them but if he just can login in the SD the answer is No.

As a workaround the customer could enter a customfield "request ID" and a postfunction links them in your JIRA if the ID matches an existing
