I'm looking to use JSD for our Customer Contact Center. Primarily we'd like to make a contact registration form: who contacts us, by which channel, which subject category is it about en wat is the question posed.
If this is possible, what is needed to build a customised customer contact registration form. Do I need a specialised consultant or can we make and modify the registration form ourselves?
