Can all JSD Cloud agents see complete customer information, or at the very least basic information (Tel, Cellphone, address) created by a smaller Atlas CRM team or do all JSD cloud agents need licenses to both platforms?
CRM used to maintain data for external customers and as such AD add-on not an option.

Yes, you can configure Atlas CRM in a way that all agents have access to Atlas CRM. When you buy a license for Atlas CRM, it counts the total amount of users in your instance. This is how all Paid via Atlassian marketplace apps are licensed.
