In Service Desk I can click on 'My Requests' and it shows me my requests. Is it possible to view all requests from all users in the Service Desk?
I know that I could go to the JIRA project and view all the requests as issues in the project but is it possible to view all of the requests from all team members from the Service Desk?
This is not possible in Service Desk yet. But there's a feature request at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-270that will implement that. I suggest that you add yourself as a watcher and also vote for it.
