Can I limit the workload report to be viewed by certain users only?

Hi All,

Due to data privacy concerns one of our clients wants to disable the workload report within a Jira Service Desk project. Ideally they want to enable it to a defined list of people, that can view it. If that is not possible, then we would disable it completely.

Any thoughts / ideas how to get there?

HI. You can disable a module sd-reports-nav-workload in plugin

JIRA Service Desk Project Plugin

and the report will turn off

thanks for the response - that helps. So it sounds like I can either turn it off for everyone, but not restrict it to a certain user base, right?

You can hide the report using the plugin scriptrunner "hide system or plugin UI element"
