I would like to hide the fact in the customer portal, that an issue has been approved.
e.g. Issue is created by a customer, internally the issue needs approval. The customer should not see the fact, that his request got an approval. (see screenshot from customer portal)
Can this be done?
I know that I can define which status the customer sees (-> Workflow Statuses) but this does not help.
