Can I disable the Help Center?

We do not want customers who are using one portal to see that we have others. This seems to be what happens when you go here....

Is there a way around this?

Within your service desk, navigate to "People" --> "Customers" and click on the padlock icon from the upper right corner. If you choose "Only people on my customer list can access my Customer Portal" it will do exactly what you asked for.

do we need global administrator to change or just project admin is enough 

as i was unable to see in new jira
