Greetings. My company develops a cloud-based app that is targeted at mid-sized enterprises. We would like our end users to be able to submit Service Desk requests by either:
1. Filling out an in-app request form that has a few sections that require specific information (i.e. summary, details, screen shots). This form could then be sent via email to Jira Service desk. I'm not clear on whether email support requests can be parsed by Jira Service Desk into anything other than header/body.
2. Clicking an in-app link that would launch a Service Desk portal. We do NOT want the portal open to the general public, and would really prefer that our users not have to log in. Does Jira Service Desk support any sort of single sign on?
Any guidance would be very much appreciated.
