Can I change the grid in the Request view for my customers?

When customer view their requests through the portal there is no 'creation date' or 'last updated' columns which would be useful for them to see. They have to click into the individual request in order to see this.

Can I add this option anywhere?

Hello,

This is not possible without an addon. We have created the addon - Advanced Portal Reports - which allows your customers to see a table with many more columns, sort columns, rearrange them, export to CSV, etc.
