I would like to add new customers automatically to the database from a form.
At the moment our internal customers request new accounts via the portal.
They do this with a form, information included are email-address and names.
I'm trying to find a solution to add this new users automatically to the servicedesk customers database but im out of inspiration.
At first I thought maybe with automation, but the options are kind of limited there.
For Okta we use a webhook to connect them is something like this also possible for Jira customers?
Would love to hear your thoughts on this!

If you have customer Name & email, you can create customer account in service desk using api.
