Can Automation rules "IF" statement search for a specific Request Type?

Deleted user November 27, 2017

I'd like to setup some Automation Rules that only take effect for a specific request type.  Ultimately what I'm trying to do is send two separate emails to two separate groups when a specific request type (Create New Subnet) is marked as resolved.  My thinking is that I could setup an automation rule with the following conditions:

WHEN:  Status Changed

IF: Issue matches status = Resolved AND Request Type = Create New Subnet

THEN: Send Email

However, I can't seem to find the syntax to be able to search for a specific Request Type.  Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi

"Customer Request Type" is the custom field that you can use in your jql
