We use a built-in JSD function to analyse our SLA. We have noticed that when we click on the value - (0), it brings up all of our backlog ticket that are breached but still open.
Since we have filtered on past 7 days, it should only show the tickets that have breached/succeeded within the last 7 days. However, this does not seem to be happening and does not give us an accurate representation of our SLAs. Is this a system bug?
