I have one JIRA ticket in which one MP4 is attached.
Whenever I try "See the old view" of the ticket, it starts downloading the MP4 automatically.
I don't want to download the video but it auto-starts each time I try "See the old view".

What type of project are you using? Is it classic or next-gen?
What browser are you using?
Have you tried using another browser or incognito mode?
Is it happening on all types of project?
Are you the only user facing this issue?

My whole team is facing the same issue.
We are using different browsers (chrome, Firefox, Safari etc) and facing the same issue in all of them.
This seems the JIRA enhancement issue actually.

I was able to find that this issue is a bug with the new view. I couldn't replicate before because I wasn't following the correct steps. The issue only happens when dragging and drop an mp4 video in the comments, and I was manually browsing and attaching a video in the description.

For now, the workaround is to attach the video using the old view.
