Attachments size >20kb is not able to attach in customer portal

If the size of attachment is less than 20kb it’s working but it greater than 20kb I am unable to attach

Hi @pavan kumar ,

You can configure the file attachment size in the global configuration. Please go through configuring-file-attachments. Please note that configuring to large attachment size may lead to performance issues.
