When using the new view for Jira Service Desk classic, it removes the quick link button to add attachments to a ticket when viewing after creation.
It also doesn't have the option to browse to select an attachment to add to the ticket after it is already created.

The new view for Jira Service Desk (Classic) - add attachments doesn't need a link if one can simply drag and drop an attachment.
RE: After Creation - It automatically adds it to a comment (internal comment) and you have the choice to change it to Reply to Customer.
You can of course revert to the old way of extra clicks and grouped attachments, which frankly is annoying when a ticket has multiple attachments that look the same or are dated the same.
To Revert: Click Avatar, Settings - Scroll to the bottom and switch off New Jira View.
