Assignee Variable

Hello,

We want to add the name of the agent assigned to the issue (Assignee) in the customer notification template.

We have not located the variable, as we can add this variable to the template of client notifications.

Hi José,

Currently the modifications you can make are listed in the Managing service desk notifications knowledge base.  In light of that I have created a feature request that you can find at JSDSERVER-5248.  Please review the description and add any additional comments to the ticket.  Please be sure to vote on it for impact as well.
