As an end user, I want to see a list of sub-tasks and their status in the customer portal. Is it possible. If it is can you please help me in the comments.

Sub-task it’s an issue type that works only internally and it’s not possible to associate it with a request type, so it won’t be visible to customer in the customer portal.
With that said, even accessing the portal as an end-user, the sub-tasks won’t be visible, requiring the agent to see the tickets using the agent view directly in Jira.
We don’t have a feature request specifically to show sub-tasks to users, but there is one suggesting to allow using sub-tasks in the customer portal:
