Hi, we're trying to set an approval step into our workflow. The issues are supposed to be approved only by certain users.
Here's what I am not getting:
Anyone can edit the field "approvers". So any Service Agent can approve by simply typing his own name into the mentioned field. Can I predefine a user or user group that can approve an issue, without using the "approvers" field?
