I have changed in the workflow chart and approval tickets are working but how to define custom conditions.
How the customer can reopen the resolved ticket

@Lakshmi Narayana, unsure what you mean by "define custom conditions".
To allow the customer to reopen a resolved ticket edit the workflow and ensure there is a 'reopen' transition from done/closed status then click on the transition and expose it on portal, here is image.

The customer portal have the list of ticket for example resolved tickets, how they can reopen the same resolved ticket.
