Apply "Extended Scheme for Jira" for Jira Service Desk



I'm using JIRA Service Desk 3.2.4 and when I do what you suggest at the article the customer portal is not loaded (it displays a white page).

Please advise

You may be experiencing an Internet Explorer incompatibility issue. Try another browser and if it works then you should look to upgrade IE to latest.

right now we support only JIRA Service Desk to 3.1 inclusive. We are working on JSD 3.2 righ now and please expect a new release soon.
