Everything was running well on Thursday we resolved a few tickets customer's had entered in and come Friday I receive a complaint that agents cannot create tickets from that maroon 'Create' button. So I logged in and found not only can we not create tickets we also cannot access any of our projects. Any insight on what is causing this?
Server or cloud? Have you tried different browsers? If server have you restarted your instance? Can you go click on issues and attempt a search e.g. “status = open” to see if you can access any data?
okay we did weird things and solved this. A few people made so many changes at once and none were documented so I have no idea what the solution was but we changed the base url and the project url and somehow now everything is working.
