Agregar Botón en el portal del cliente

Buenos días, quisiera saber si es posible agregar dentro de una transición habilitada para el cliente, se habilite el botón "Prioridad" para que el cliente pueda dar aviso si la prioridad disminuye o aumenta.


1) Cree la pantalla con el botón que necesito que puedan modificar

2) Cree la transición y le asocie la pantalla y la habilite para que aparezca en el portal.

3) Edite los permisos para que el usuario del portal pueda editar la incidencia.

Currently, it's not possible to edit the priority in the customer portal.
We have two feature requests suggesting the implementation of such ability:
