Hi

After upgrading Jira to 8.0 we have problem with Characters.

Use Swedish. When a user go to ServiceDesk customer portal they see "?" instead of åäö. Users only have to click on something and they se the correct characters. Until the use F5 ore close the browser. The wrong Characters appers.

Any ide?

@Per-Johan Alfredsson , there are a couple of issues why this is happening. And can only solve by troubleshooting it. 

My suggestions are below:

• Install font packages if the server is using Linux

• Last is the DB Character encoding, it is probably because of the wrong collation in the DB that causes this issue.
