After installation of Jira Service Desk (Server version), cannot find url

Hi!

Lat week I wanted to start my free trial of Jira Service Desk. We already use Jira Software (on our own server)

I had an easy button 'install' Jira Service Desk, and proceeded the installation.

But, after that, I do not know which is the url of Jira Service Desk.

Anybody know where I can find it?

It should be something like this: https://domain.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/

You should be able to get to this from the Request Types Project Administration or the Service Desk Project Sidebar.

hmmm...

This didn't solve my problem. (There's nothing at our internal url + servicedesk/customer)

I might consult our IT department first where Jira Servicedesk is installed.

No problem! If you have a project, the Sidebar of the project should have a 'popup' that shows the portal and a link to the portal... Good luck!
