After ServiceDesk Cloud update the attachments are in each post

Hi,

After the Cloud ServiceDesk update in the weekend, we are now seeing the attachments in each post and not central as in the old environment.

Is it possible to get the old way of working back, so we can find all the attachments in one spot.

This is the new look, which shows the attachments in the post -

This is the old look, where we have a central point for all attachments.

I have not found a way of reverting other than disabling Jira Labs reverting to the old view altogether. I would recommend providing feedback to Atlassian on this. Personally I prefer a solution that offers both. Sort of like Confluence where attachments are in context but I can also choose to view all attachments in one place.

I agree, I already gave them the angry red face in the feedback and explained to them what we would like to have.

Now that you reverted tot he old view, you dont think they will remove the old view at some point ?
