Adding customers to Jira Service Desk

I have to set up customer permission for my project as "customer my team adds to the project".  I have a long list of internal customers that I want to add but it takes a long time to do so.  Is there an easier way?

I would create a CSV file of all emails and paste it into the add customers dialog. Generally you can get this from IT or HR.
