Adding customer to JIRA service desk

Hi there,

I am trying to add couple of users to our JIRA service desk, however they are not receiving the invitation emails.

As a test, I put my email address down and I did not receive the email as well. The organisation group is fine, because other users are making requests.

Please can you help? Thanks.

Hi @Devinder Gandhi ,

This is actually a setting you can turn on or off.

Under you "project settings > Customer Notifications" you have a "Customer Invited" notification (When a customer is invited to your service desk portal, they are sent an email.) that you can enable/disable.

Could you check whether this is enabled?
