Add a custom field to customer notification

I'm looking for a way to add a custom field to my customer notification emails. Is there anyway to do this? I'm using JSD server.

Right now you'd have to use the JETI plugin to do this.  Looks like there are requests to Atlassian to have this in future versions.

It allows you to add custom fields into notifications
