Add Additional Variables into Customer Notifications (JIRA Service Desk)?

Hi All,


Currently there is a pretty limited range of options in the "Insert Variable" field when customising customer notifications. Is there any way to insert more variables into this list e.g. add "Approver" as an option?

I agree that would be very handy, but is currently not available without plugins.  Please vote for this issue

We support a variety of custom and standard fields in Raley Email Notifications

You can try it and if there're some fields missing we'll promptly add them.
