Active Directory has been changed and no admin rights

Erivelto Casimiro October 12, 2017

Hello

Our active directory has been changed and the user who has admin rights can't logon.

The user admin exits and can log in the system, but it has no admin rights.

What should we do?

JIRA Service Desk (3.6.0)

Thanks!

You can use this article.  https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/retrieving-the-jira-administrator-192836.html

Basically you will want a local account that is admin.  Then you will want to change directory order so local is the first account.  You can then login and change the admin account to have the proper rights. so you can login as an admin again.  Once you do this you will need to change the directory order again.  Logout and back in with the AD account.
