This used to work until a recent upgrade to the latest versions of Jira Core, Software Service Desk and Confluence.
If I search from the Help Center knowledge base search in Service Desk, I can access all non-restricted documents as expected.
However, my restricted documents (which my user has full access to) no longer appear in my search results.
I can gain access to all the documents if I go straight to Confluence and search in there.

It looks like the Unlicensed access for JSD is disabled.
You can set it up again only in JSD.
