I was wondering if it's possible to have the Agent Paragraph/Description Box on the Customer end, like so. I would like my customers to be able to add Tables and such to their tickets. I know you can do it with rows and columns || but it's very un-user friendly on the customer side.

On the customer portal, the description field is a simple text box and currently, it's not possible to change that.
It was added a new editor on the comment box only, but for the description, it's still not possible to add tables or format texts.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
