Hi everyone,
I am unable to delete any attachment of closed tickets in JIRA Service Desk even though I am administrator of the project and have the neccessary rights/permissions.
A workaround is to reopen the issue, delete the attachment and close it again. But in this case the reporter will get a notification. This is not desired.
Do you have any ideas to fix this problem?

I decided to set the property to true so that the issue is editable.
