A user used to be able to browse/search for closed tickets but now they do not show up. Why?

A user no longer has the ability to search for old closed tickets. Why would that be?

Hi @Damien Varney ,

 

As you are saying the issues are old, there may be any permissions issues. Check for the permission scheme of the respective projects if you have browse issue permissions.

 

To check the permissions browse to the project -> Project settings -> Permissions.
