Populate fields based on data from external database (Peoplesoft)

Hi,

We have a requirement where suppose if a user opens the create form and enters employee or Email id, based on that Emp. Id it should auto populate other fields like User's full name, Department, manager detail etc. Data is there is our PeopleSoft Directory.

Is it possible to setup something like this?

Hi Raj,

Could you provide some more details about your needs? The create form is with Jira Service Desk or do you mean the "Create" button for Jira? Are you working on server/data center or cloud?
