Jira service desk is better or service now is better to support ITIL and Gartner practices

Hi Balakrishnarao,

I have already used service now in the past and since march this year i am using Jira SD in my new company.

If you already use Jira software, i would definetly prefer to use Jira Service Desk. If you want a flexible solution, jira SD is a good solution as well.

But if you want to build Configuration Management Databases (manage assets for example), maybe service now would be the better solution.

Thats my opinion, there are some other pros and cons for sure.
