JIRA Service Desk and Insight (CMDB / IT Asset Management) Edited


I would like to share and discuss best practices for creating a CMDB / IT Asset Management with JIRA Service Desk and Insight (Riada). 

I created my own environment, but I would like to share my experience with other people.

From a concept point of view I created the CMDB / Asset Management using ITIL as best practice.




I will start using Service Desk and Insight soon so any pointers would be appreciated. Thank you!
