My company wants to implements JIRA Service Desk Cloud, we have about 22.000 users and not everyone has e-mail and they will not have it.
How can i proceed to implement the user's account?
And i have an Active Directory who has the passwords and i want to use the same password to login on JIRA, is this possible ?
