HI team,

 

I enabled CSAT, but unable to modify the content as mentioned in the below link. Would like to know if this is something to do with the Jira Permissions?

@Swapna Veerif you are  project administrator  you  should be able to  set  CSAT  as stated in the documentation. please make sure that  you  are project  admin.

Thank you for your response, Moses. I am the Project Admin, but for some reasons, I am unable to customize the CSAT content as mentioned in the documentation.
