If you deal with systems integrations at all (sending HR data to Payroll, Benefit Providers, or to another internal system), you may know the pain of integration errors and failures. We've all had them, no matter how well you write your code, something eventually breaks.
Then the emails start flooding your inbox. Joy.
When this happened to me, I quickly realized I could have the error email notifications sent instead to Jira Service Desk, which would create a specific issue for each error that could in turn by triaged and solved.
