How can I get a notificatation (email) sent when a issue is created based upon what group that user is member of that created the issue?

Hi Jesper, if I understand correctly you want to send a notification to all members of the reporter when the issue is created right? By now it's not possible to do that directly on Jira, but you can do that using the Script Runner plugin, you just need to do some coding on the script.
