Jira no longer linked to Confluence

Yasemin Helmick January 30, 2018

I checked everything I could find and Jira and Confluence are fully interlinked.

The links to Jira from Confluence do work.

Jira also shows Confluence pages it’s mentioned in.

However, the links to Confluence do not work in Jira ticket description and comments.

Dear @Yasemin Helmick,

following the directive "never touch a running system", something or someone has changed the system. Do you know, if there was a system or version upgrade?

For example, the JVM could have been updated in the background by a package management system without restarting Jira/Confluence. When this happens weird results are common.

Any idea what has been changed?

So long

Thomas

No changes have been done, finally reached out to Atlassian support and it seems there is a bug with their system:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-68705

References to Confluence pages are rendered as plain text.

Ok. Confluence Cloud is changing continuously - that's the concept.
