I am using Jira Tempo Plan Time & Worked Time, so I can monitor actual vs. planned.
I would like to plan time also for my team members, but could not find a way to do it, as this is done only in the "Calendar" view and not the "Timesheet" view of Tempo.

In Tempo Timesheets, Calendar view, users can only create plans for themselves.
Planning time for other users is done in the Resource Planning view of Tempo Planner (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/310509942/Resource+Planning+-+Tempo+Server)
or the Issue view (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/494600994/Planning+in+the+Jira+Issue+View+-+Tempo+Planner+for+Server).
Team leads have the permission to plan for their team members by default. Other users need the "Manage team plans" permission to do this (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/386302535/Planner+Permissions+-+Tempo+Server).
