Date Automation by Status

I am trying to create an automation rule that says:

When Status changes to 'Deferred for 3 months', update a date field on the ticket to that specific date in 3 months from now. 

when that date happens, change the status on the ticket to 'New'. 

 

Can someone please help me write this? I haven't been able to find a way to write automation rules with dates in JPD.

Hi Blake,

 

I'm facing the same problem but even a bit worse. I want to be more flexible and create a new date using the now + number of months defined by another custom field.

 

For your problem i think you can try {{now.plusMonths(3)}}
