I am trying to create an automation rule that says:
When Status changes to 'Deferred for 3 months', update a date field on the ticket to that specific date in 3 months from now.
when that date happens, change the status on the ticket to 'New'.
Can someone please help me write this? I haven't been able to find a way to write automation rules with dates in JPD.
