We created a group contributors and added 3 users but they are registered as licensed users. We only want to have contributors and 3 creator. What goes wrong? And more important: how do i fix it?

Hi @Tanguy Crusson , i hope you wil help me again with the same issue. I tried to do all the steps (look at the first picture i think its the correct group and its not added to the usergroep) but when i accept the invite i dont see the project but u see the start.atlassian.com. In my testinggrcustomers is the same experience. What do i do wrong? I want only 3 creators and a lot of contributors but i cannot manage it correctly argh!oup with

OK - this is not a link to the project but the Atlassian site, which will redirect you to start.atlassian.net.
To invite people to a project, you have 2 options:

Even with Project access open. This is the invitemail people get when i am inviting them to the contributorsgroup:
Clicking on the Accept invite is going to the start.atlassian.net.
OK, yes that makes sense, because when you add then to the group you are inviting them to the site, not the project. You'll probably want to send them a link to the project you want them to participate in
