Hey everyone,
we've been trying to implement a very basic, custom formula for impact scoring in our team. We are using three metrics that positively impact our score (Business value 1-5, Key Customers (weighted), Insights (amount)) and one metric that is supposed to negatively impact our score (Effort).
Is there anyway to map this without using a custom formula? It seems to us that if we only use one negative metric, it weighs 50% in our total score.

Hi Sumi, was this project created by you or by someone else? Usually this happens when someone creates the project, goes away before it's complete, then someone else opens it
Along these lines, I created my first idea in JPD by clicking "Create an idea" and it automatically created a new Category with "No Field Value" as the title. Now all my new Ideas go directly into that Category and I cannot seem to delete it. Screenshot attached. Is this normal behavior? Any help?
