Hi all,
I started setting up an idea backlog in my JIRA discovery project, and in order to prioritize the idea, I started to drag and drop them. However, each time I exit and enter the idea view, the order changes and does not stay as it was before. Does anyone know why this is happening? Does it have to do with a field or column that is not filled in?
Many thanks for your help!
Steven
Hi, this toggle (autosave view configuration) should not change anything - it just applies to the configuration of the view, not the rank of ideas in that view.
I just checked and it looks like it's working fine. Maybe it can be linked to the specific combination of permissions you have? We'd need to look a the details.
Can you please raise a support ticket so we can have a look at your site and feature out what's going on? In the left sidebar: Give feedback > Get help from the support team
Hi @Nick Haller !
Thank you so much for the prompt answer.
I double checked and the Autosave function is enabled, but the order still changes in case I am closing the JIRA window. Do you have any other idea why this is happening?
Best regards
Steven

Hi @Steven Rohles ,
I believe the view should stay / save when ideas are rearranged manually (when no Sorting is configured).
Having said that, if your view has the Autosave disabled then any changes made to the view would default back to the saves completed before the Autosave was disabled:
Can you check if your view has this feature / toggle disabled?
