Discovery Agent 7.0.1.0 has been installed on host (Windows 11). System Information is uploading successfully to JIRA Cloud for the first time but does not work thereafter. Checked logs and error shows as below:
"[Normal] Service restart not possible, please check service restart options."
I think your question is about Asset Discovery, with is a module of Jira Service Management -> https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/ct-p/jira-service-desk
