Why "incident manager" and "Technical lead" are not available in JIRA OPS ?

Hi, 

I am starting to explore JIRA Ops with enthusiasm !

The official Jira Ops site shows screenshots promoting the fields: 

• Incident manager 
• Technical lead 

It seems that it is not available in my JIRA OPS. 

Did I miss something to make these fields visible ?
