We are using JiraOps for incident management and are evaluating Opsgenie for sending out alerts and managing on-call schedules.
We have setup multiple affected service (Cloud Infrastructure, Data Delivery, Navigation etc.) in JiraOps and want to make sure the right team gets notified via OpsGenie in case of an incident. I am not able to find documentation / guidance on how to address this use case.
Has anyone used JiraOps (incident management) & Opsgenie (alert & on-schedule) and setup alert based what feature is impacted so the right team is notified rather than everyone.

Please watch that issue for updates.
Thanks,
Matt
